Software for private birthday fireworks displays

A birthday display is fired in a garden, at the back of a property or on land lent by a friend, for thirty to a hundred guests who do not always expect it. It lasts a few minutes, to music chosen by the family, with cakes, candles, fountains and, if the ground allows, a few small calibre shells. The main constraint is space: hedges, roofs, power lines, parked cars, neighbours a few metres away. The launch is timed to the cake or the arrival of the guest of honour, rarely to a time fixed in advance.

The client is a private individual who has never ordered a display. They compare with the price of a supermarket pack, discover that declarations, distances and lead times exist, and often call the same week as the party. You have to answer fast, explain what is possible on their ground, ask for photos or drop by, and reassure them about neighbours and pets. What loses the job: a quote that drags, incomprehensible jargon, a declaration impossible within the remaining time.
