Software for luxury château wedding fireworks

Wedding planner, listed estate, pyromusical first dance: a display that matches the venue, delivered without a single slip.

A château wedding is nothing like a garden display. The estate is often a listed or historic monument, with old roofs, formal gardens to preserve and neighbours sensitive to noise late at night. The couple expects a signature picture: lancework with their initials, a pyromusical opening on the first dance, a colour palette matched to the decor, a finale of generous-calibre shells if the grounds allow. The display usually fires well after midnight, between dinner and the opening of the dance floor, and a technical site visit beforehand is part of the service.

You rarely deal with the couple directly: the wedding planner coordinates, and the estate manager has the final word on positions, timings and access. The budget is high, but so are the demands: an itemised quote line by line, a walk-through on site, coordination with the caterer, the DJ, the photographer and the lighting designer. The calendar concentrates from May to September, Saturdays are booked a year ahead, and the smallest change of timing shifts the whole evening. An estate that was poorly briefed, or a planner without a signed contract, and the display is off.

In PyroDesk the wedding dossier brings together the planner, the estate and the couple, each with their role and contacts. The itemised quote is ready in minutes, the contract is signed online on the client portal, and the planner uploads the timeline, the site plan and the monument’s constraints there. The firing plan, with the lancework and the first-dance soundtrack, is prepared in the same dossier, the 3D simulation helps you validate the picture with the couple, and the pre-filled authority declaration goes out with the right timings. Invoicing runs deposit then balance, nothing retyped.

Frequently asked questions

Can fireworks be fired at a château that is a listed historic monument?

Often yes, but under conditions: written consent from the owner or manager, safe distances from buildings and roofs, protection of the gardens and sometimes an opinion from the heritage authorities. Check with the municipality and the competent authority, and carry out a technical site visit before committing to a picture.

How do you make lancework with the couple’s initials?

Lancework is drawn on a frame with coloured lances mounted along the outline of the letters or monogram. Allow time for fabrication, get the artwork approved by the couple or the planner, and choose a spot visible from the terrace or the dance floor. It usually lights the opening or the close of the picture.

How late can a wedding fireworks display be fired?

It depends on the municipal rules, the estate’s own regulations and sometimes a seasonal order from the competent authority. Some municipalities restrict firing after a certain hour or require low-noise products. Check before promising a time to the couple, and write the approved time into the contract.
