Fireworks quotes and invoices in 5 minutes

Pick your services, PyroDesk does the maths and produces a clean PDF in the client's language, ready to sign on the portal.

A fireworks quote is often written in the evening after a day of rigging, by copying an old Word document and changing the town's name and a couple of lines. The classic mistakes: last year's price left in, VAT miscalculated, a clause that no longer matches the show, and a document sent four days after the call — long enough for the council to ring a competitor. When the client is Belgian, Swiss-Italian or Spanish, everything has to be translated by hand on top.

PyroDesk builds the quote from the file: you pick your services (show, technical crew, travel, options) and the application works out totals, VAT and deposits. The PDF carries your branding and your clauses, in the client's language — French, English, Spanish or Italian — and goes out through the portal, where it is signed by finger or online. The signed quote becomes the contract, then the invoice, with no re-entry. Bank-transfer payments are tracked file by file and flow into the accounts.

A Thursday in May, a wine estate calls about a wedding on 12 July: the couple are English. You open the file, tick '12-minute show', '80 km travel' and 'additional pyrotechnician', check the total and switch the language to English. The PDF is generated and sent through the portal at 6:20 pm. The next morning the signature is in and the requested deposit shows in the file. The contract is produced straight away from the same quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can the quote use my own terms and clauses?

Yes. Your wording and conditions are what the PDF carries, with your logo and details. When the file is in another language, those clauses are translated; the French quote remains exactly what you wrote.

How does the client sign?

They receive a secure link to their portal, open the quote or contract and sign with a finger on a phone or tablet, or with the mouse on a computer. Signature and date are recorded in the file and the signed PDF is kept.

Is the invoice produced from the quote?

Yes. Once the show is fired, the invoice is produced from the signed quote, with any deposit already received deducted. The bank-transfer payment is tracked in the file, then in the accounts and the FEC export.
