Software for product launch fireworks

A reveal, a brand colour, a city rooftop: the display fires the second the veil drops.

A product launch comes down to one instant: the veil drops, the logo lights up and the fireworks must fire within the same second, in the brand’s exact colours. The site is rarely an open field: a rooftop, a forecourt, a disused factory, a quayside, with the audience close by and facades to protect. So the design leans on stage effects, gerbs, fountains, comets, tinted smoke and small-calibre compacts more than on shells. The season follows the marketing calendar, peaking in early autumn and before the holidays.

The buyer is an events agency speaking for a brand. They want exclusivity on the date, a confidentiality agreement, a visual to show the end client before approval, and a formal purchase order before any money moves. The brief keeps shifting until the day before, the stage design moves the firing position, and sign-off goes through three people. What sinks a project: a look promised verbally that disappoints on the night, a private-site authorisation that was never properly framed, or corporate payment terms that choke cash flow.

PyroDesk lets you answer an agency the same day: a quote in minutes with the variants they asked for, a contract signed online on the client portal, where the agency also finds the schedule and the documents. The PyroSimulator 3D simulation shows the display with real calibres from the spectators’ viewpoint, replacing a vague description with a video to attach to the brief. The firing plan, the pre-filled authority declaration and the stock reservation all flow from the same dossier, and the invoice goes out with the purchase order number as soon as the display is done.

Frequently asked questions

Can fireworks be fired from a rooftop in a city?

It can be done with products suited to elevated, close-proximity firing, but feasibility depends on the building, the roof structure, neighbouring facades and the audience. You need the owner’s consent, a site survey and the opinion of the municipality and the competent authority. Never commit before a site visit.

How do you match fireworks to a brand’s exact colours?

Manufacturers offer colour ranges, but a precise shade, say coral or turquoise, will not be reproduced identically. Test the references in advance, rely on smoke and stage effects for the lower part of the picture, and show the agency a simulation to validate the look before ordering.

How can I show the client what the display will look like beforehand?

A 3D simulation built from the real calibres in the firing plan gives a faithful idea of volume, rhythm and colour, seen from where the spectators will stand. You export a video the agency presents to the brand. It also serves as a contractual reference to frame expectations.
