Getting a quote signed by a council or a couple often takes a week: the PDF goes by email, gets printed, signed, scanned crooked, sent back, sometimes lost along the way. Then come the text messages — 'did you get the deposit?', 'what's the permit number?' — answered between two rigs on a Saturday afternoon. The client has nowhere to find what they signed or what they still owe, and you end up looking less organised than you actually are.
The PyroDesk client portal gives every file a secure link, with no account to create. The client sees their quote and contract, signs them with a finger on a phone or tablet or online on a computer, reads the documents you choose to share, finds your bank details to pay by transfer and follows the progress of their file. They can also write to you; their messages land directly in the file view. The portal is displayed in the language set for the client.
