Client management for fireworks companies

A client's whole history — council, festival committee or private customer — found in two seconds, without digging through your inbox.

In a fireworks company, clients tend to come back year after year: the town council that books its national-day show, the festival committee, the couple who passes your name on to friends planning a wedding. The trouble is that their history is scattered — a quote in an inbox, an amount in a spreadsheet, a mobile number in the phone of whoever fired the show last year. When the deputy mayor calls back in February, you lose ten minutes piecing together what you sold them and at what price.

PyroDesk keeps one record per client, private or professional, with contact details, named contacts, every past and upcoming file, and the revenue they have generated. Each show file, quote, contract and invoice attaches to it automatically. You set the client's language (French, English, Spanish or Italian): their portal and their quote and contract PDFs are produced in that language, while your own interface stays as it is. The record opens on a computer, tablet or phone, on the firing site as well as at the office, with nothing to install.

On a Tuesday in March, the clerk from the neighbouring council rings: the mayor wants 'the same as last year, a bit longer'. You open the record during the call: show fired on 13 July 2025, fourteen-minute firing plan, amount invoiced, a note added after the show about a safety distance that was tight. You create the new file from the old one, adjust the duration, and the quote goes out within the hour. The next day the deputy mayor finds everything in the client portal.

Frequently asked questions

Can a client be a town council or a company?

Yes. A record can be a private individual or a council, festival committee, event agency or company, with several named contacts if needed. Revenue, files and documents are grouped in the same place whatever the type of client.

What happens when a client speaks another language?

The language is set per file. A French council stays in French; for a Franco-Italian wedding you switch the file to Italian and the portal, quote and contract PDFs are translated, clauses included. Your own screen stays in your language.

Is revenue per client calculated automatically?

Yes. It is computed from the invoices attached to the client's files. You can see at a glance what a council or a committee has brought in over several seasons, with no spreadsheet to maintain on the side.
