A theme park does not buy a show, it buys a season: the same display every summer evening, or every autumn weekend, from a permanent firing site with fixed racks and lines cabled for good. The programme is short, often synchronised with a fountain, a projection or the park’s soundtrack. Calibres stay modest to fit the distances, cakes and candles do most of the work, a shell or two sign the finale. The constraint is not creativity but consistency: the same quality on night forty as on night one.
The park negotiates a price per performance and expects total reliability: one evening without fireworks means a customer complaint. So you forecast consumption over the whole season, take deliveries along the way, rotate lots so products do not age at the back of the magazine, maintain racks and mortars left out in the weather, and organise a crew rota because nobody fires a hundred nights straight. Incidents come from wear: an oxidised connector, an expired lot pushed to the back of a shelf, a stand-in who has never seen the site.
PyroDesk handles the repetition without retyping it. The show’s template dossier is duplicated per performance or per block of dates, stock computes the season’s forecast consumption and flags lots to use first, and the calendar spreads the evenings across pyrotechnicians according to their availability. Assigned missions give every stand-in the firing plan, the site plan and the briefing notes. Accounting groups invoicing by month with a FEC export for French clients, and the 3D simulation lets you get a variant approved by the park before it goes into production.
What PyroDesk brings
