A pyrotechnician's season means dozens of deals open at the same time, at different stages: a pending quote for a June wedding, a signed contract for a national-day show, a display fired in May whose invoice is still unpaid. As long as it all lives in emails and paper folders, you forget a follow-up, fire a show without a signed contract, or discover in September that a council never paid. Worst of all, you cannot say at any given moment how many shows are actually confirmed.
In PyroDesk, every show is a file that gathers the client, date and venue, firing plan, budget, quote, contract, invoice, attachments and portal messages. The Kanban pipeline shows every file in columns, from first contact to payment received; you drag a card to move it to the next stage. The modules of the file view can be reordered and collapsed to match how you work. On plans F2 to F4, the file is shared with your team and with invited partners.
Monday morning, national-day week. You open the pipeline: nine files in the 'Confirmed' column, two still in 'Quote sent' that need chasing before noon, and a 21 June show still in 'Invoiced' with no payment. You chase the two councils from their files, send an invoice reminder, then open the 13 July file to check that the prefecture declaration has been filed and the firing plan is frozen. Everything is visible, nothing has to be searched for.
