National job board between fireworks companies

Need a pyrotechnician for a national-day show, or a mission for your crew? Post, filter by region and talk to the candidates.

On the national day, the whole profession fires on the same evening. A company with too many shows is looking for a certified pyrotechnician 50 km away; another, short of a date, has a crew available. The two do not know each other. Today this gets sorted through chains of phone calls, Facebook groups and word of mouth, often too late. Last-minute reinforcements are not always qualified, and crews without a mission stay at the depot on an evening when everyone is short-handed.

PyroDesk national classifieds are a job board between fireworks companies, visible to the whole profession in France. You post a request for reinforcements or an offer of availability, stating region, mission type and urgency; others filter on those criteria. You talk directly with the candidates and manage the mission from PyroDesk. Access comes in two annual offers: consultation only, with the advertisers' contact details, or publishing plus consultation, to post and apply.

On 28 June you take on a third show for 13 July, but you are short of a certified pyrotechnician in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. You post the classified at 9 am: region, date, skill, high urgency. By 11 am two candidates have replied, including an independent pyrotechnician from the Loire who fires the night before, 30 km away. You talk, check his availability and add him to the file in the afternoon, with his CDDU contract. Without the classified, you would have turned the show down.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two offers?

The Consultation offer lets you see all classifieds and the advertisers' contact details. Publishing + Consultation adds posting your own classifieds and applying to missions. Both are annual and without commitment.

Who can see my classified?

Every pyrotechnician subscribed to the classifieds, anywhere in France. You choose the region, mission type and urgency level so the right profiles find it through the filters, and interested candidates contact you directly from the classified.

What happens next with a candidate?

You talk directly with them from the classified, then add the mission to your PyroDesk file: shared firing plan, subcontractor portal if it is a company, CDDU contract if it is a seasonal hire.
