Interdiction en tout temps de porter ou d'allumer du feu dans et jusqu'à 200 m des bois, forêts, plantations, reboisements et landes pour toute personne autre que les propriétaires et ayants droit, étendue chaque année du 1er avril au 31 octobre aux propriétaires eux-mêmes (fumer interdit à tous sur cette période) ; aucune mention des artifices ni de dérogation spectacles pyrotechniques (interdictions d'artifices = arrêtés temporaires).
